New Web Site Launch

Welcome to the new West Allis Players website! We hope you like our new layout. Hopefully it will make it easier to find the things you need. Here are a few highlights of the new site!

  • Find our current season information right with the “Current Season” link at the top.
  • Join our mailing list with the link on the left to stay up to date with what we’re up to and how you can join us and volunteer.  Or just so you know when to mark your calendar to come see a production.
  • The History & Past Shows section will let you see our entire history of shows.  For shows we have photos for, they are now posted for the seasons as well.  Just select a season to see the photos from those shows.  If you have some photos for a show that we don’t have, please reach out if you’re willing to share them with us

We’ve still got some more information coming.  We plan to add the cast/crew lists for each of the shows as well, so that all our great volunteers, actors, and production teams can have the credit for all hard work shared for everyone to see.

Annual Membership Meeting

The annual West Allis Players’ membership meeting will be held on Thursday, September 15th, 2022, at 7:00 pm at the West Allis Recreation Center, which is located at 2450 South 68th Street.
Elections will be held at this meeting. The current board members (Katherine Beeson, Ray Nazer, Scot Fudali, Dori Templin, Mary Beth Topf, and Michael Jablonski) are all running for re-election, plus any nominees from the floor.
We also will be voting on a Constitutional change to Article VI, Section 2. The proposed change will be to the first sentence. If approved, it will read “ The regular Board Meeting shall be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at a school district facility unless production conflicts dictate a date change.”
After elections we will hold a brain storming session on how to better our community theatre. Come with some ideas for fund raising, increasing membership, getting more involved, conducting theatre opportunities in the areas of make-up, costumes, props, auditions, lighting and sound.
Even if you are not a member and would wish to be or have ideas, we would be happy to have you join us.

Come and enjoy this annual event!
