Dear Valued Member of West Allis Players,

A warm, yet “wintery” greeting from the West Allis Players!
As we head to the one-year mark of COVID’S cancellations, closings and consternation, we wanted to let you know that we are still here and can’t wait to take the stage again. However, at this time, that will not be possible.
It appears that the next time the West Allis Players will be able to present a show will be in Spring of 2022. That seems like a long time from now, and indeed it is. But the health of patrons and stage talent must come first!
The reality is that until the schools open full-time, we don’t know when things will return to normal. We don’t want to scale back, or produce shows masked or available online only. When the West Allis Players come back, we are going to do it in a SPECTACULAR fashion!!!
To that end, while we have officially cancelled “Beauty and the Beast” we will be looking at a wide variety of plays and musicals and will announce our shows and season as soon as we possibly can.
If YOU have any ideas for shows you would love to see (or to be in,) feel free to drop us a line at the email prompt on this website.
I’d love to end with a truly witty “show-ism” but instead, I will leave you with the words of George Bernard Shaw who wrote that theater is “a tradition of villains and heroes.” They will all return to the West Allis Players’ stage!

VP, The West Allis Players
